exciting..and a great three day weekend ahead..
anticipations: snowboarding, photography, website
i know i pretty much failed at my goals for getting this website up
but i have made it up with plenty of pics
i have still not yet transitioned into becoming comfortably awake at 6:30 AM
and i am desiring a tremendous amount of sleep
although its not that i have been lacking rest, one can not make up hours of sleep anyways..
i think its time to give into the coffee/college student persona
tea aint cuttin it..
although i’ve gone this entire week without listening to my ipod on the bus
its been traded in for my camera

the bus

waiting for a lift up

6th floor, where my morning starts
foundations was fun today, not that its not fun everyday (if youre reading this ruthie)
we rode the bus from convention place to chinatown through the tunnel as we made gesture drawings of the people we saw on the bus, the clothing they wore, and anything specific that stood out to us for the cluster were working on. drawing is always cool, i hope it becomes an ongoing theme of this semester
we got off at the last stop of the ride free area, chinatown..my favorite place in the world

chinatown field trip, ruthie with rice crackers

cassandra

cameron

a happy justin

i really liked this one of justin too, so im including another

chris

ruthie and jenny

sara and cassandra

the lovely girl who let me use her paper (sorry! i dont remember your name yet -__-)
after foundations, i had another 4 1/2 hour brake until my next class..of which i spent 1/2 in the cafe, 2 in the library, 1 at 24 hour fitness, and 1 at the orion center..where i still remain undefeated in pool

i really, really, really wish i could say more
maybe ill share an essay on here later
because im feeling my posts are getting more boring..
but i am excited at how many comments ive been getting! its a total suprise that people are reading this thing
atleast i know that much..
ps
all photos were taken with my new walkaround prime lens..the sigma 30mm f/1.4
which i have to say
is doing me good right now
the colors are amazing, the depth of field is so shallow its sexy, the size and weight are minimal to fit in my bag, and the speed is remarkable in low light situations
and its wide enough for just about anything
